This holiday rental surrounded by a pretty floral garden is fully surrounded by a fence and secured by a gate, so you can park your rental car safely inside. About 500 meters walk from the house, there is a small path in the undergrowth leading to the seaside, and the beach of Pierre & Vacances, where you can walk while enjoying the beauty of the landscape surrounding you.

Villa Yucca is composed of three air-conditioned bedrooms. Two bedrooms have a double bed, the third has two twin beds that can be pushed together. For your comfort, all three bedrooms are equipped with mosquito nets. Two bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower, while the third is equipped with its own private bathroom with a shower and a toilet.
The spacious and fully equipped kitchen offers great views of the garden, the terrace and the sea. Indeed it offers all the necessary comforts to cook fresh local cook during your holidays in Guadeloupe. Just as if you were at home there is a citrus press, a large worktop, an American fridge, a filter coffee maker, an oven, a microwave, etc.
The spacious living room gives access to a sublime terrace facing the sea. It is equipped with several relaxation areas allowing you to fully enjoy your stay in Guadeloupe. On the terrace you will find a large table to enjoy your meals from while taking advantage of the view, and two cozy outdoor lounges.

You can also discover the nature reserve of the islands of Petite-Terre (Little Earth), Désirade or Marie- Galante. Otherwise, the unmissable beach of the village of Sainte-Anne is 10 minutes away. Surrounded by a coral reef, it is ideal for tranquil swimming with your children. To access Pointe-des-Châteaux and enjoy Jeannette's best coconut sorbet, allow about 15 minutes by car. From Saint-François there is also the opportunity to practice many water sports such as paddle, jet-ski, kitesurfing.
