The Inna Apartment belongs to a rental residence of six dwellings, in the town of Sainte-Anne in Guadeloupe.
Private and secured by a gate, this rental residence consists of five studios, and two apartments. This holiday accommodation enjoys an exceptional location, as it is only 250 m from a gorgeous white sandy beach.
It takes about 35 minutes from Pointe-à -Pitre Airport to reach the apartment, and 10 minutes to reach the village of Sainte-Anne or Saint-François. With a capacity of four people (four adults or children over 12 years old), the Inna Apartment is ideal for a stay with family or friends in Guadeloupe.
Here, the well-being of holidaymakers for the duration of their stay is the priority. The decor of the apartment is refined and imbued with softness. Each unit has its own intimate, private pool.
The Inna Apartment is spacious and perfectly equipped for two or four visitors. It features a comfortable and cozy air-conditioned bedroom with a queen-size bed. Additionally, the air-conditioned living room, with smart TV, has a sofa bed that converts into a 140 cm bed.
The outdoor area of your holiday accommodation has a beautiful kitchen equipped with a fridge, a hob, a microwave, a kettle, a Nespresso machine, and a dishwasher. The kitchen can be closed by an electric canvas blind.
Of course, from your terrace, you will fully enjoy your glass pool beneath the open sky. A perfect spot for sunbathing, or reading in the shade.
As a bonus, the Inna Apartment has been entirely designed to meet the needs of people with reduced mobility. Thus, everything is on one level, and the kitchen has been deliberately lowered so that everything is within reach.
Note that a common laundry area with a washing machine and a dryer is available (time slots have been selected for the use of this space, so that no guests are disturbed).

Chers Dany et Véronique, Nous vous remercions d’avoir pris le temps de partager votre expérience et sommes ravis que vous ayez apprécié l’emplacement et le confort de l’Appartement Inna, ainsi que l’accueil de Martine. Concernant la télévision, nous comprenons votre frustration. Dès que le problème a été signalé, nous avons immédiatement mandaté un technicien pour résoudre la situation. Après plusieurs vérifications, il s’est avéré que l’origine du dysfonctionnement était liée à un problème d’antenne causé par les conditions météorologiques, nécessitant l’intervention d’un antenniste dont les délais d’intervention en Guadeloupe peuvent être plus longs qu’en métropole. Nous regrettons sincèrement la gêne occasionnée et vous assurons que nous faisons toujours notre maximum pour garantir le bon fonctionnement de nos équipements. En ce qui concerne l’assiette cassée, nous souhaitons préciser que, bien que nos règles prévoient une facturation en cas de casse, Martine avait sollicité la direction pour faire preuve de souplesse. Malheureusement, votre départ précipité avant d’obtenir notre retour n’a pas permis d’apporter une solution plus arrangeante. Nous en sommes désolés. Enfin, concernant le papier toilette, notre kit de bienvenue comprend deux rouleaux neufs offerts à l’arrivée. Ensuite, nous mettons à disposition des rouleaux supplémentaires à l’achat, mais chaque client reste libre de se fournir ailleurs s’il le souhaite. Nous sommes navrés que ces éléments aient impacté votre séjour et espérons que vous garderez malgré tout un bon souvenir de votre passage chez nous. Cordialement,

Appartement Inna très agréable au calme vraiment conforme à nos attentes et proche de la plage. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Martine et très réactive en cas de besoin. Par contre la télévision ne fonctionnait pas à notre arrivée ,nous sommes restés 7 jours sans télé sur 10. Vu le prix de cette location ,on aurait aimé que tout soit fonctionnel!!!!!! Vraiment déçu par la direction conçernant une assiette cassée facturée 10 euros,un geste commercial aurait été la bienvenue pour compenser la panne télé que nous avons subi. Ils ont rien voulu savoir, une honte!!!!! A savoir qu'un rouleau de papier supplémentaire WC est facturé 2 euros . s
