Villa Petite Ifrevana (main house only, the two cottages are closed) is located in the town of Anses d'Arlet, on the Caribbean side of Martinique. This four-bedroom villa has an ideal location for travelers wishing to explore South Martinique. With direct access to the sea from its private pontoon, you benefit from a prime location for reaching the azure sea. The villa is secured by a large gate and you have covered parking to park two vehicles. It also has a surveillance system with cameras. It is also possible to rent the villa for 10 or 12 people by booking one or two annex bungalows (they are closed and cannot be rented if the main villa is booked).

Going along the rocks you get to the beach (or via the road, count around 5 minutes on foot - beware it climbs on the way back!). Grande Anse beach is a superb white sand beach. The must, rent a parasol and a deckchair at the beach restaurant Le Ti Sable, all with a cocktail of fresh juice! On Grande Anse, you will find all the amenities: mini-market, restaurants and beach bars, diving club, a few souvenir shops ...

We had a fabulous time at Villa Petite Ifrevana. The location can't be beat! Very private and tastefully done, and having our own dock to access the snorkelling was a dream come true--such a haven from the busy-ness of the beach. A four bedroom villa where each room as it's own private toilet is definitely a bonus for four couples travelling together. The indoor kitchen is well-equipped and well-appointed, and the outer deck for dining is phenomenal. The outdoor kitchen, too, by the pool was wonderful to have, to keep cooking out of the house. In fact, all of the outdoor living space made it perfect for a larger group--we could space ourselves out for lounging during the day, and the pool was sublime. We loved how treed and lush the gardens were, too,compared to other properties--ours had the most flowers and palms, which we loved. If we can come back one day, we will. This was heaven.

Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel à la Villa. Elle est magnifique, impeccablement entretenue, extrêmement bien équipée et pensée dans les moindres détails. We have being traveling to different beautiful places for spring break over that last 15 years. We are party of 8, 4 adults and 4 kids . This villa by far was best one we have ever stayed in. The veranda/living/dining room space was amazing - the view was unbelievable! Kitchen was fully stocked with anything we could possibly want - the ice maker was a hit and was heavily used. The beds were so comfortable and the fact that every room has a bathroom was wonderful. We will definitely come back!
