Villa Zouina is an elegant holiday villa located on the North Caribbean coast of Martinique, in a peaceful setting perfect for relaxation. Ideally situated just a 5-minute drive from Plage du Coin in Le Carbet, the villa offers easy access to one of the area's most beautiful beaches, ideal for swimming and enjoying spectacular sunsets. The property is approximately 35 minutes from the airport and features three private parking spaces secured by an electric gate.
For added peace of mind, the swimming pool is equipped with a safety alarm, allowing guests to fully enjoy the outdoor spaces. As with most locations in Martinique, a car is highly recommended to explore the island's natural beauty, charming villages, and must-see attractions with ease.
Villa Zouina is a single-storey holiday home with a distinctive U-shaped design, thoughtfully created to provide a seamless flow between the indoor and outdoor living spaces. Ideally suited for up to 6 guests, the villa features three air-conditioned bedrooms.
The master suite enjoys stunning sea views and includes a king-size bed (180 x 200 cm) as well as an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet. A second sea-view bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed (160 x 200 cm), while the third bedroom offers a double bed (140 x 200 cm) and a single bed (90 x 200 cm) on a mezzanine level, making it ideal for a child. A second independent bathroom with a shower and toilet completes the sleeping area.
As you enter the villa, you are welcomed into a bright and inviting TV lounge connected to an open-plan kitchen with a serving hatch overlooking the living area. Entertainment is guaranteed thanks to a video projector, a PlayStation 5, a Bluetooth speaker, a Nintendo DS, children's games, and a dartboard. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including a Nespresso coffee machine, drip coffee maker, kettle, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, freezer, charcoal barbecue, and a selection of wine glasses.
Outside, the sea-view terrace invites you to unwind beside the 5.5 x 2.5-metre saltwater swimming pool. The villa's true highlight is undoubtedly its suspended carbet, perfectly positioned to overlook the bay while offering breathtaking views of the Caribbean Sea with Mount Pelée rising majestically in the background. Furnished with a comfortable outdoor lounge, this unique space is perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or evening cocktails while taking in the scenery. From Le Carbet, less than 3 km away, you can also embark on a dolphin-watching boat excursion—one of the must-do experiences on Martinique's Caribbean coast.

A 30% deposit is required upon reservation. The remaining amount must be fully paid one month before arrival. For reservations made 30 days or less before arrival, the full rental amount is due upon booking.
