Accessible via a small flight of steps from the car park, Villa Coco Prestige offers superb sea views and can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. Designed for a convivial stay, the house is organised around a spacious living area that opens fully onto the outdoors, combining a light-filled lounge and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen with a central island. Cooking enthusiasts will find everything they need: a Nespresso machine, a filter coffee maker, an oven, a microwave, a blender, a kettle, a toaster, a dishwasher, a freezer, wine glasses and even a cool box for your day trips. A practical utility room completes this living space.
As for the sleeping areas, the accommodation features three air-conditioned bedrooms (also fitted with fans and large walk-in wardrobes), each with a queen-size bed (160 cm) and its own en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet. A separate guest toilet is also available.
The outdoor area is a true haven of peace: a covered terrace featuring a dining area with breathtaking views of the bay, as well as garden furniture facing the swimming pool, ideal for gazing out at the sea. A small garden borders the villa. You can continue to relax by the private 6 m x 3 m saltwater swimming pool, which is secured by an alarm and features a sun lounger area for sunbathing, as well as a water bike – perfect for keeping active whilst on holiday. Finally, a Weber barbecue is at your disposal for delicious al fresco barbecues, just a few minutes’ walk from the most beautiful beaches of Les Trois-Îlets and Anses d’Arlet.
