Villa Coco Prestige is an elegant holiday villa located on the Caribbean coast in southern Martinique, just 30 minutes from Martinique Aimé Césaire International Airport. This vacation home offers a peaceful setting, ideal for a stay with family or friends. Villa Coco Prestige is part of a small property featuring only three accommodations: two ground-floor apartments and an upper-floor villa, ensuring a friendly atmosphere while preserving everyone's privacy. Anse à l'Âne beach, located just a 4-minute drive away (1.8 km / 1.1 miles), allows you to quickly enjoy the turquoise waters of the Caribbean Sea and various water activities. Free parking is available on-site for easy parking. A car is essential to explore the best beaches, restaurants, and must-see attractions in southern Martinique under the best conditions.
Accessible upstairs via a staircase, Villa Coco Prestige offers a stunning sea view and can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests. Designed with togetherness in mind, the home centers around a spacious living area that opens seamlessly to the outdoors, featuring a bright lounge and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen with a central island. Cooking enthusiasts will find everything they need: a Nespresso machine, drip coffee maker, oven, microwave, blender, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, freezer, wine glasses, and even a cooler for your day trips. A functional laundry room completes this living space.
On the night side, the accommodation features 3 air-conditioned bedrooms (also equipped with ceiling fans and large walk-in closets), each fitted with a Queen Size bed (160 cm) and its own ensuite bathroom with shower and toilet. An independent guest toilet is also available.
The outdoor area is a true haven of peace: a covered terrace hosting a dining area with a breathtaking view over the bay, as well as an outdoor lounge facing the pool, perfect for admiring the ocean. Surrounding the vacation home is a lovely small garden bordering the villa. Relaxation continues around a private saltwater pool (6 m x 3 m / 20 ft x 10 ft), secured by an alarm, complete with a sunbathing lounge area and an aqua bike—ideal for staying active on holiday. Finally, a Weber barbecue is at your disposal for delicious outdoor grilling, just minutes away from the finest beaches in Les Trois-Îlets and Les Anses-d'Arlet.

A 30% deposit is required upon reservation. The remaining amount must be fully paid one month before arrival. For reservations made 30 days or less before arrival, the full rental amount is due upon booking.
