Villa Soluna is a charming holiday home located in the Southern Caribbean area of Martinique, approximately 30 minutes from the international airport. This villa enjoys a prime location, just 1.5 km from Anse Mitan Beach, one of the most popular beaches in the area, known for its fine sand and calm turquoise waters.
Set in a peaceful residential neighborhood, the property is part of a small estate made up of two independent villas, ensuring privacy and tranquility. The holiday home offers free on-site parking and is secured by a gated entrance. A car is recommended to fully explore the surroundings. This is a single-level villa, accessible via a private entrance with stairs, and can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests. The interior layout features a bright and airy living space with a cozy lounge area, a dining table and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen.
The kitchen includes a coffee machine, kettle, blender, toaster, oven, microwave, dishwasher, as well as complete tableware, including wine glasses and serving trays.
The sleeping area consists of two air-conditioned bedrooms, each furnished with a 160 x 200 cm double bed, along with one bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet.
Outdoors, the villa boasts a spacious covered terrace furnished with an outdoor lounge, four sun loungers and an outdoor TV, perfect for relaxing moments overlooking the scenery. A round plunge pool (3 meters in diameter), treated with chlorine, invites you to cool off. A more intimate lower terrace, equipped with two sun loungers, offers a stunning panoramic view over the bay. A charcoal barbecue completes the outdoor amenities for enjoyable evenings.

A 30% deposit is required upon reservation. The remaining amount must be fully paid one month before arrival. For reservations made 30 days or less before arrival, the full rental amount is due upon booking.
