The Villa Soléa holiday home is an villa located in Martinique, in the highly sought-after Pointe du Bout area, on the South Caribbean coast, overlooking the magnificent Bay of Fort-de-France. Villa Soléa is a single-storey villa, accessible via a descending staircase, and can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests. This vacation home features two air-conditioned bedrooms, each equipped with a 160 x 200 cm double bed, a shared bathroom with shower, and a separate WC. The bright living area is centered around an open indoor lounge, extended by a large outdoor terrace, creating a seamless flow between indoor and outdoor living. A TV is installed on the terrace, allowing you to relax while enjoying the panoramic view.
The open-plan kitchen with bar opens onto the dining area and living room and is fully equipped with: blender, kettle, coffee maker, espresso machine, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and toaster. Outside, the partially covered terrace is a true living space featuring a dining area, small lounge, sun loungers, outdoor shower, and a charcoal barbecue area. All of this is enhanced by a round plunge pool (“bac à punch”) with a 3-meter diameter, treated with chlorine, perfect for cooling off while enjoying the stunning panoramic view. Lush tropical vegetation surrounds the property for complete immersion.
