This magnificent vacation home offers indoor parking for 2 vehicles, with additional spaces available on the street below. Villa Ti Karibu is secured by an electric gate. It is also possible to rent this villa in a 5-bedroom version under the name Villa Karibu.
When you rent the Ti Karibu (with two bedrooms), only the ground floor is accessible, while the upper floor remains closed and unoccupied. On the ground floor, you will enjoy two air-conditioned suites. The first suite has two 90 cm beds that can be joined to form a king-size bed, a bathroom with shower and toilet, a dressing room, and a view of the pool. The second suite features a 180x200 cm bed, a bathroom with shower, bathtub, and toilet, a television, a desk, and a dressing room. The living area is bright and fully open, with a living room equipped with a 65-inch television with the Canal Sat package and a kitchen opening directly onto the terrace with a pool. The transition between indoor and outdoor spaces is seamless! The kitchen is perfectly equipped for your culinary activities, with basic equipment plus a wine cellar, a blender, and an ice machine.

Villa Ti Karibu is located just 450 meters from the small Trois ĂŽlets Village shopping center, where you will find around twenty shops and services such as a wine cellar, a cheesemonger, a bakery, a bar-tabac, and a butcher. The center of Les Trois ĂŽlets is about 900 meters from the villa, offering a market, the possibility of ordering a pizza at Gallo Rosso, or taking the tropical shuttle boats to reach Pointe du Bout or Fort-de-France.
Several attractions are within a 10-minute drive from the villa. Among them, don't miss the Savane des Esclaves, a magnificent site combining botany and history, the Maison de la Canne, or the ForĂŞt Vatable for picturesque hikes. The village of La Poterie, located 7 minutes by car, features several restaurants, a karting circuit, souvenir shops, a soap factory, and a potter. It is also an ideal starting point for a kayak tour through the mangrove.
Finally, Villa Ti Karibu is 9 minutes from Pointe du Bout, where you will find several white sand beaches, a casino, bars, restaurants, and numerous water activities such as jet skiing, paddleboarding, tubing, and diving. On the way to Pointe du Bout, you will pass a golf course and a ranch offering horseback rides through the woods. As you can see, the surroundings of Villa Ti Karibu are full of varied activities!

La Villa Ti Karibu en Martinique est un logement exceptionnel, idéalement situé à proximité de restaurants, commerces, plages et attractions touristiques. Malgré la proximité de tous les services, la villa offre un cadre très privé et agréable. L’intérieur et l’extérieur se complètent parfaitement, avec un espace entièrement équipé pour cuisiner, se détendre devant un film ou profiter de la piscine. La terrasse et la pergola, modulables en fonction du temps, permettent de profiter pleinement de l’extérieur même lorsqu’il pleut. L’accueil a été particulièrement chaleureux et réactif. Nous recommandons vivement cette villa.
