Villa Kaz Korail is a stunning holiday home located in the commune of Le Vauclin, on the South Atlantic coast of Martinique. Just 45 minutes from Aimé Césaire Airport, this charming villa, nestled in a peaceful and breezy setting, offers the perfect environment for a getaway with family or friends. Ideally situated only 850 meters from the wild and picturesque Grand Macabou beach—popular for walks and relaxation—the property is fully fenced and secured with an electric gate. It also features a garage and several parking spaces within the grounds. A car is essential to fully enjoy the area's attractions, as there is no public transportation nearby.
Villa Kaz Korail is an elegant single-storey home nestled in a quiet residential neighborhood of Le Vauclin. Designed to ideally accommodate 8 guests (up to 10 maximum), it offers a spacious and comfortable setting with 4 air-conditioned bedrooms, all equipped with ceiling fans. Three bedrooms feature king-size beds (180 cm), while the fourth is modular with two twin beds that can be joined to form a double, as well as a mezzanine area with an additional king-size bed.
The villa has 4 bathrooms: one outdoor bathroom with a toilet, two en-suite shower rooms (without toilets), one shared indoor shower room with a toilet, and two additional separate toilets for extra convenience.
The living area is bathed in natural light thanks to large bay windows that open directly onto the pool. It features two stylish L-shaped sofas and a TV connected to Starlink. The spacious open-plan kitchen is fully equipped to please food lovers, with a friendly bar counter, a fridge with ice dispenser, dishwasher, espresso machine, blender, and wine glasses. Three dining areas are available: one inside facing the bar, a second under the pergola on the main terrace (along with an outdoor lounge, sun loungers, and umbrellas), and a third on a secondary terrace next to the kitchen.
The fully fenced garden ensures peace and privacy. The large saltwater pool (8x4 m), secured by an alarm system, is perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. About a 12-minute drive away, the town center offers all essential amenities: a supermarket, gas station, bakery, restaurants… You’ll also find a welcoming atmosphere, especially during the Baccha Festival held every August, which features vibrant Afro-Caribbean music.

A 30% deposit is required upon reservation. The remaining amount must be fully paid one month before arrival. For reservations made 30 days or less before arrival, the full rental amount is due upon booking.
