Built on the ground floor in a U-shape, all the life of the house revolves around the pool and its shaded terrace. You will enjoy the tranquility of a lounge area with a TV, a beautiful and long wooden table to enjoy your meals, wooden deckchairs by the pool, a rest area around the pool, two swings, a petanque court and a barbecue to cook excellent Creole dishes. The pool has a small waterfall and a balneotherapy area for the comfort of our holidaymakers.
This charming luxury villa in Saint-François revolves around three living spaces. In the center of the villa, the kitchen is fully equipped around a central island. It opens onto the living room with a comfortable sofa and a connected flatscreen TV and an American billiards area. A corridor transformed into a library
provides access to the right wing of the house where we find:
- The first two air-conditioned bedrooms (one has a double bed 160 cm x 200 cm), the other has two single beds (90 cm x 200 cm) that can be pushed together to form a double. The bathroom shared by both bedrooms consists of a toilet, a large shower and a bath, plus a separate guest toilet.
- One of the suites is equipped with a king-sized bed, a dressing room, an office area, and its own bathroom with a shower, a bathtub and a double sink. On the other side of the living room, on the left wing are the last two bedrooms. The second suite has a king-sized bed, a sofa bed, a desk, a dressing room and a bathroom with a shower and a toilet. The last bedroom has a bed of 160 cm x 200 cm and a private shower room. All five bedrooms are air-conditioned and equipped with a connected, flatscreen TV, so everyone can enjoy their space in peace.

Villa Lousa is also equipped with a laundry area with washing machine and dryer, Wi-Fi connection and several water tanks.

The rental price of this luxury villa includes a welcome drink with planteur, the first dinner is offered on the day of your arrival at the villa as well as the first breakfast.

The end-of-stay cleaning is also included in the total price of your rental. The key words are "don't worry about a thing" and "make the most of your stay".
