It includes a living room equipped with a TV, Wi-Fi, and a pleasant dining area, all integrated into a perfectly equipped open kitchen. You will find a wine cellar, a deep fryer, a toaster, a coffee maker, an oven, a microwave, and a large refrigerator-freezer.
The covered terrace is a real living space, furnished with a dining table, garden furniture, and several deckchairs for your moments of relaxation. The private saltwater swimming pool, which is secure and measures 8m x 4m, invites you to swim at any time of day. A 30% deposit is required upon reservation. The remaining amount must be fully paid one month before arrival. For reservations made 30 days or less before arrival, the full rental amount is due upon booking.
