Villa Phoenix

Villa Phoenix is an elegant single-storey villa that can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests. Set within a large, lush landscaped garden with complete privacy, this holiday home features a spacious, open-plan living area filled with natural light. The open kitchen includes a central island and a generous worktop, as well as a wide range of appliances and amenities: oven, microwave, dishwasher, freezer, ice dispenser, toaster, kettle, blender and Senseo espresso machine. Opposite the kitchen, a large dining table blends seamlessly into the living area and also offers pleasant views over Fort-de-France Bay. At the heart of this spacious room, a dedicated TV lounge provides a comfortable place to relax, while the large glass doors and windows, fitted with integrated mosquito screens, allow you to fully enjoy the sea views.

Villa Phoenix features four air-conditioned bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom with shower and toilet. The first bedroom, overlooking the garden, has a 180 cm king-size bed that can be converted into twin beds and comes with an adjoining bathroom featuring a double vanity, shower and toilet. The second bedroom has a 160 cm queen-size bed and a bathroom with shower and toilet. The third bedroom is equipped with a 160 cm queen-size bed and a 90 cm single bed, along with an adjoining bathroom with shower and toilet. Finally, the fourth bedroom is a beautiful master suite featuring a 160 cm bed, a dressing room and a spacious private bathroom with a double shower, double vanity and toilet. This suite also enjoys lovely views of the garden and the bay, with direct access to a private terrace.

Several outdoor areas have been designed to make the most of the villa’s exceptional setting. The main terrace offers beautiful sea views and features an outdoor dining area, a relaxing lounge area and a fitness space equipped with an exercise bike and treadmill. A gas barbecue is also available for enjoyable outdoor meals. A private terrace adjoining the master suite, as well as an outdoor area surrounding the swimming pool, complete the villa’s various relaxation spaces.

The private saltwater swimming pool is located below the villa and can be reached from the garden via a few steps. Measuring 8 x 6 metres, or 48 m², the pool is surrounded by a spacious wooden deck and offers exceptional panoramic views over Fort-de-France Bay. It is an ideal place to relax and enjoy Martinique’s tropical climate. The large landscaped garden surrounding the property features numerous trees and tropical flowers, creating ever-changing living landscapes throughout the seasons.
