Villa Grand Large is structured over three levels and offers generous living spaces, perfectly designed to accommodate up to 8 guests. On the main level, facing the ocean, a vast and fully open-plan living area combines a comfortable lounge equipped with a TV and a music speaker, a convivial dining space, and a fully equipped open kitchen. The kitchen features a convenient pass-through window with a bar opening directly onto the terrace and includes everything you need to cook with peace of mind: a refrigerator with freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, blender, toaster, kettle, drip coffee maker, Nespresso machine, barbecue, and wine glasses. A pantry/back kitchen completes this highly functional space. This level also hosts two air-conditioned bedrooms: a suite with a king-size bed (180 cm), ample storage, and a private bathroom with a shower and toilet, as well as a second bedroom equipped with two single beds, large closets, and a bathroom with a shower. An independent guest toilet is also available. A mezzanine overlooking the living room provides a pleasant relaxation area with a stunning view of the sea.
On the garden level, two additional air-conditioned bedrooms, each equipped with a queen-size bed (160 cm) and boasting a magnificent ocean view, share a bathroom with a shower and toilet. The villa enjoys a privileged location at Pointe du Bout, allowing you to fully experience one of the most sought-after seaside resorts in southern Martinique. Villa Grand Large is an incredible space. The view from the kitchen/patio/living room is amazing and the pool is a perfect size for a group. The house has everything you need to cook up some big meals and is a quick 5 min walk to the center of pointe du bout. Rodolphe was a wonderful host who gave us a full tour of the space, including the private dock where our group ended up swimming to a sunken ship the next day. A wonderful place for a sunny getaway!

Tout était parfait! vraiment rien à redire, la villa est idéalement située et très agréable à vivre. Nous y reviendrons sans aucun doute! Nous prévoyons d'acheter à la Martinique dans quelques années et c'est exactement ce genre de villa que nous recherchons ;-)
