Where is this water front villa located in Martinique
Located on the Carribean coast, in la Pointe du Bout, Coconut Bay is a haven of peace and serenity. The Villa Serenity and the Cottage Infinity, accommodating up to 12 people, can be found at this idyllic location. Villa Serenity can accomodate up to 8 people and features two major living space : the main villa and the blu cottage. The main villa is made up two bedrooms with air conditionning. The first bedroom has two twin beds which can, when pushed together, become a double bed. In the second double bedroom, jalousie windows allow you to contemplate from the comfort of your bed the exceptional view of a coconut grove with an emerald green sea as a backdrop. These to bedrooms have a share access to the bathroom which boasts a walk-in shower topped with a skylight offering the luxury of showering with a sky view.
How is this waterfront vacation home configured in Trois Ilets?
The functional and fully-fitted kitchen offers an unobstructed view of the sea thanks to a large picture window. The kitchen is built around a bar featuring vintage stools repainted in white. A second picture window opens onto a peaceful living space. A large square wooden table is a convivial place for meal time. The living area adjoins the dining room equipped with vintage wicker armchairs topped by a vetiver thatched structure lending the space a truly authentic air. From the living room, you can directly access the swimming pool surrounded by a Zen garden and citrus colored lawn furniture.
Opening onto a coconut grove, the second terrace provides two additional places to unwind: one covered area for a sunset cocktail, the other uncovered to fully take advantage of its sunbathing potential while accompanied by a backdrop of windsurfers effortlessly skipping along the surface of the water.
From this terrace, a little terracotta-tiled path will lead you to the second part of Villa Serenity. This elegantly furnished blue cottage can accommodate an additional four people. The first air conditionned bedroom features one bathroom and two twin beds which can, when pushed together become a double bed.The second air conditionned bedroom boasts an exceptional view of the sea. Lastly, the bathroom adjoining the second bedroom is decorated in a boudoir spirit, with its little pouffes and sheer curtains.

Lastly, Villa Serenity and Cottage Infinity share access to a laundry room, a vast garden, a coconut grove and a private jetty you can dive off of into crystal clear water to explore the sea bed. For water sport enthusiasts, the villa has the advantage of offering direct access to the beach allowing you to immediately dive in. You can rent kayak at the marina to explore the bay of Fort-de-France. This beautifully renovated family-style vacation home epitomizes a true haven of peace, while reserving the possibility of visiting the beach from time to time which is only a three-minute walk from the property.

The property, terras, dock and swimming pool were amazing. We had such a lovely time. The main house is small and not that new anymore. But the guesthouse next to it is nicely decorated and looks a lot better. The good weather makes you live outside so you don't have to be inside a lot. Totally will come back another time.

We loved the private feeling to this cool house. Open the gates and you are in your own haven. And the lovely ocean dips straight from the pier were amazing.

Tout était au rendez-vous pour que notre séjour d'une semaine se déroule dans les meilleures conditions : l'accueil de Magalie (avec le rhum et le premier petit déjeuner), les villas et leurs nombreuses terrasses, l'accès direct à la mer, la piscine, les commodités, etc. Bref : un superbe séjour ! Villa très bien située à la pointe du bout, avec tout le confort souhaité (cuisine aménagée, chambres climatisées, piscine) Point faible : Prix un peu excessif vis à vis de l'ancienneté de la maison

Il s'agit d'une maison de famille dont les fondations ont été conservées, toutefois elle a été entièrement rénovée en 2014. Tous les équipements, literie, décoration datent de moins de trois ans. La grille tarifaire a donc été élaborée en fonction de la localisation de la villa (Pointe du Bout, au coeur d'un grand jardin tropical, avec accès direct à la mer depuis ponton privé et accès plage/restaurant/bar à pied en moins de 5 minutes) et des équipements ( climatisation, WIFI, lave vaisselle, lave linge, literie avec sur-matelas, piscine, kayaks mis à disposition, blender, douche extérieure...). Au plaisir de vous recevoir de nouveau en Martinique.

un frigo bien plus grand et une armoire dans les chambres villa Serenity et tout sera parfait.....pour 8 personnes cela est nécessaire......rénovation de la salle de bain aussi......on a l impression de payer le prix du cadre qui est fabuleux mais il faut que le reste soit aussi a la hauteur
Nous avons partagé la maison (Serenity et Infinity) avec des amis. Le cadre est sublime et la déco très réussie. Les points forts : la vue imprenable, le ponton privatif, les hamacs, la décoration, le confort des chambres, le fait qu'il n'y ait pas de vis-à-vis avec le 3e cottage. Par contre ce qui était un peu décevant a été la climatisation dans les chambres de l'Infinity, elle était bloquée et impossible de changer la température (cependant l'équipe a réparé ce problème mais il a fallu attendre 3 jours à cause du week end). De plus, ce cottage est parfait pour un couple avec enfant mais pas adapté à 2 couples d'adultes car pour partager la salle de bains il faut traverser l'une des chambres. Côté Serenity il manque des accessoires dans la cuisine, par exemple des grands couteaux, un ouvre boite (le votre est inutilisable !), des petits saladiers pour cuisiner, un peu plus de vaisselle. Enfin, il faut entretenir la porte coulissante qui bloque souvent et se disloque sur le haut, côté intérieur. Cependant malgré ces remarques qui me semblent nécessaires à formuler, nous remercions l'équipe (Audrey et Nadine) pour leur chaleureux accueil et leur disponibilité à tout moment. Dès qu'un problème a été signalé il a été pris en main et résolu dans la foulée. C'est très appréciable.
Il n'y à qu'un seul mot pour décrire notre séjour dans la villa serenity: Fabuleux. De l'accueil que nous a réservé l'équipe d'exclusive Villas à la beauté du site, la disponibilité des propriétaires. Tout fut parfait ! Encore un grand merci !
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette villa sans vis à vis et en bord de mer à 2 pas du port de plaisance des 3 ilets, idéal pour les excusions en mer.
Rental terms
Terms of payment
A 30% deposit is required upon reservation. The remaining amount must be fully paid one month before arrival. For reservations made 30 days or less before arrival, the full rental amount is due upon booking.
Cancellation policy :
- Up to 31 days before arrival: 30% of the total reservation will be invoiced (the deposit is forfeited)
- From 30 to 21 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total reservation will be invoiced
- 20 to 15 days prior to arrival: 75% of the total reservation will be invoiced
- Less than 15 days before arrival: 100% of the total reservation will be invoiced
