From the moment you enter, this exceptional estate of over 1,200 m², renovated with absolute taste and refinement, reveals majestic architecture oriented toward a breathtaking view of the îlets du Robert. Designed to warmly welcome 15 to 17 guests, this prestigious property consists of a main villa spread over three levels and a charming independent Guest House, all bordered by a large tropical garden secured by access cameras.

At the heart of the main villa, the ground floor offers a vast reception room bringing together several atmospheres, with a comfortable lounge, a reading area, a piano corner and a large dining table, all opening onto the terrace and complemented by a guest WC.

The main kitchen, separate and perfectly equipped, features a large worktop, multiple refrigerators, a wine cellar, a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave, a blender, a kettle, a toaster, a Nespresso machine and a drip coffee maker. A pantry completes this functional space, while a dining nook with television allows you to enjoy more informal moments. Outside, a second fitted kitchen at pool level, equipped in particular with a plancha and an air fryer, extends culinary pleasures facing the sea. 

On the ground floor of the main villa, four air-conditioned bedrooms are spread across the right and left wings, each equipped with a 160 cm queen-size bed and a private bathroom with shower and WC. Upstairs, the master suite is a true prestige space, with its 200 x 200 cm bed, walk-in closet and marble bathroom equipped with a double vanity, a shower, a bathtub and a WC. Opening onto a terrace offering an enchanting view of the sea and the pool, this suite invites you to enjoy moments of calm and relaxation. Two other air-conditioned bedrooms also occupy this level: one has a 140 cm double bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower and WC, while the other is fitted with a 180 cm bed, configurable as twin beds as needed, as well as a private bathroom with double vanity, shower and WC. The latter benefits from access to a terrace facing Baie du Trésor. On the lower level, the basement houses a laundry room and a true private cinema room with a large flat screen for intimate evenings.

The independent guest house harmoniously completes the estate and helps preserve even more privacy for large groups. This space includes a lounge with a desk area, opening onto a balcony offering a beautiful view over Baie du Trésor, as well as an air-conditioned bedroom with a 180 cm bed that can be configured as twin beds. A private bathroom with double vanity, shower and WC completes this space. In total, the property offers nine bathrooms, including an outdoor bathroom located at pool level, as well as a guest WC, for optimal everyday comfort. An extra bed is also available on site to meet travelers' needs. Please note that the villa has neither a baby cot nor a high chair (available on request).

Outside, Villa Néréa reveals the full richness of its natural setting thanks to its vast furnished terraces and relaxation areas opening onto the sea. The terrace on the side of the main kitchen features an outdoor dining table and a comfortable sofa, inviting you to enjoy meals facing the marine panorama. On the other side, a sea-view carbet offers an additional shaded space, ideal for long lunches or restful moments to the rhythm of the trade winds. Around the 17 x 7-meter saltwater pool, a vast terrace features several lounge areas, a dining table, an outdoor kitchen and a bar, creating a true open-air living space. Eight sun loungers allow you to fully enjoy the sun, while some bedrooms have their own terrace or balcony to take in the view in complete tranquility. A large garden borders the property and completes this green environment, conducive to relaxation. For water-activity enthusiasts, snorkeling equipment is provided to explore the seabed, while a mölkky set allows you to share fun moments outdoors. The property also features an electric gate and a video surveillance system designed to monitor access points.
