This property consists of two accommodations: the Bungalow Ti Caluma and the Villa Caluma, for a total capacity of 8 people. The Bungalow Ti Caluma is located below the Villa Caluma.With its independent entrance, this studio for 2 people is totally autonomous and has an air-conditioned room with a double bed, a smart TV, a functional kitchenette, a bathroom equipped with a walk-in shower, and a toilet. On the deck outside, you can enjoy a view of the sea and the golf course.
To reach the main villa, cross a small gate and follow the Japanese steps. Villa Caluma can accommodate up to 6 travelers. This holiday rental is organized on two levels. On the ground floor of this holiday rental in Martinique,there is a fully equipped kitchen (with an oven, an American refrigerator, an espresso coffee machine, a filter coffee machine,a dishwasher). A small adjoining laundry roomis equipped with a washing machine, and the living room features a smart TV. Just next to the living room is a guest toilet, and then, on the left, is a beautiful master bedroom equipped with a private bathroom. This room opens onto the outdoor terrace. The third bedroom, called “the studio” is at the end of the terrace. Air-conditioned and accessible,uniquely, from the terrace, this suite has a double bed, a bathroom, and a separate toilet.
Upstairs in the Villa Caluma is an air-conditioned double bedroom and a bathroom with a shower and a toilet. Note that the ceiling is sloped like an attic, these spaces (bedroom and bathroom) are therefore suitable for people of average height. The large terrace, with an outdoor lounge and a dining table, offers a pleasant view of the pool. This will undoubtedly be the space where you will spend the most time relaxing. On the program: consider sunbathing on the deckchairs, observing the hummingbirds swooping to feed at the sugar bowls, reading quietly, or relaxation in the pool ...who will come to savor the nectar of the flowers?It’s the dream, isn’t it?

Domaine Caluma is the ideal place for a golf holiday in Martinique!You will find direct access (just at the entrance of the residence) to the Trois-Ilets Golf Course, which will allow lovers of this sport to enjoy an 18-hole course designed by Robert Trent Jones. At the Pointe du bout located less than 5 minutes by car, you can enjoy many water activities, such as a towed buoy, jet-skiing, diving, etc. The Pointe du bout is also the departure point for many sea excursions. From here you can discover the southern coasts of Martinique by catamaran, and meet dolphins. Unless you prefer to take the shuttle that will allow you to reach Fort-de-France (with its market, and cathedral). At the Pointe du bout there are three beaches: Anse Mitan, Bakoua and l'ex méridien, all with white sand and crystal-clear waters. In short: a dream setting!
