Where is this magnificent three-bedroom villa located in Vauclin?
Villa Oney is located on the Atlantic Coast, in the Petite Granada district, less than 10 minutes' drive from the village of Vauclin. This vacation rental in Martinique can accommodate 6 travelers and is on a property secured by a fence and a manual gate. In front of the entrance of Villa Oney you can park up to 3 vehicles. An exceptional setting awaits you! Before you reach it, as the access road to the villa is rocky for about 800m (from the Château Paille district to Little Granada), we recommend renting an SUV.
How is this sublime luxury villa arranged?
As soon as you arrive, you will be charmed by the tranquility that reigns at Villa Oney. The front door opens onto a beautiful bright living space including a sitting area and the fully equipped kitchen (with an oven, a microwave, a Nespresso coffee machine, a dishwasher, etc.). A laundry room with a washing machine and a second fridge-freezer provide additional comfort.
The sleeping area on the ground floor consists of two large, air-conditioned bedrooms. Each room has a private bathroom with a shower and a toilet, and a sleeping area with a double bed (140x190cm in the first bedroom and a bed of 160x190 cm in the second). Upstairs, is the third bedroom, a sumptuous master suite (with a bed of 180 cm) [EP1] with its own private balcony, offering a breathtaking view of the sea. On this level, there is also an air-conditioned mezzanine with a relaxation area and a TV, as well as an additional bathroom.
All bedrooms at Villa Oney have air conditioning. The decoration elegantly mixes old and contemporary pieces, giving Villa Oney a unique identity.
The outdoor areas of this holiday home will make your stay even more enjoyable. Located on a green plot of 3000m², you will not lack space at Villa Oney! Relax on one of the sunbeds, in one of the small lounges, in the hammocks, or in the 4m x 4m salt-treated pool. For wonderful meals with family or friends there’s the dining table, an ideal spot to eat perfectly grilled lobsters, fresh from the sea,cooked on the gas barbecue (Weber brand).
What to do near Villa Oney?
It takes less than 15 minutes by car from your holiday home to discover one of the most famous kite surfing spots on the island: Pointe Faula. It’s a little corner of paradise where you can practice watersports in Martinique. A nautical base offers kitesurfing and windsurfing lessons, as well as equipment for hire. In the village of Vauclin, go to the town’s market to stock up on fresh fish, local fruits, and vegetables, enough to make excellent dishes for every meal during your stay.
Hiking enthusiasts will not be without. The start of the trail of Trou Cochon (a beautiful cove) is only a few meters walk from Villa Oney. You will be able to discover the Atlantic Coast, cross the mangrove, and observe the fauna and flora of the island.

Nous voyageons régulièrement dans des propriétés locatives. Je dois dire que cette fois ci nous avons été impressionnés. Normalement, on s’attend à moins que les photos, mais cette fois on nous a pris par surprise la propriété était plus qu’on avait anticipé. D’une propreté impeccable, décorée de bout goût avec un détail exceptionnel. Confort autant à l’extérieur qu’à l’intérieur, tout est parfaitement pensé. Merci à Karine qui nous a bien reçu et surtout aux propriétaires pour nous avoir permis de vivre cette magnifique expérience. Danielle et Vincent

Rental terms
Terms of payment
A 30% deposit is required upon reservation. The remaining amount must be fully paid one month before arrival. For reservations made 30 days or less before arrival, the full rental amount is due upon booking.
Cancellation policy :
- Up to 31 days before arrival: 30% of the total reservation will be invoiced (the deposit is forfeited)
- From 30 to 21 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total reservation will be invoiced
- 20 to 15 days prior to arrival: 75% of the total reservation will be invoiced
- Less than 15 days before arrival: 100% of the total reservation will be invoiced
