Tropical fruits, chicken colombo, accras (fritters), coco custard tart, sorbets ... the Caribbean cuisine will seduce you with its diversity. Many itinerant salesmen alongside offer sugarcane juice, fresh fish, smoked chicken. Treat yourself to these take away local dishes. And what would be Martinique without rum?!
