The shared outdoor spaces within the residence encourage socializing with a small garden lounge, a hammock, and a barbecue. You can also enjoy a shared 8 x 4 meter saltwater swimming pool, secured by an alarm, ideal for cooling off after a day at the beach, located just a few minutes' walk away.
