Résidence Doré

Résidence Doré consists of four apartments that combine modern comfort with practicality, set in an intimate setting just a 5-minute walk from one of Guadeloupe’s most beautiful beaches. Accommodating up to 14 people, this residence stands out for its layout, designed with stays with family or friends in mind.

The Écume Doré Apartment, the largest, can accommodate up to 6 people and is located on the ground floor of the residence facing the private pool. This apartment features 3 air-conditioned bedrooms equipped with 160 x 200 cm beds: two bedrooms share a shower room with a separate toilet, and the third offers a private bathroom with a toilet. The living area is pleasant and inviting, featuring a bright living room equipped with a Smart TV, opening onto a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, drip coffee maker and Nespresso machine, microwave, oven, toaster…). The outdoor area is perfect for relaxation, featuring a furnished terrace with lounge chairs, a dining table, and patio furniture, all overlooking the private pool.

Above Ecume Doré, on the upper floor, is the Horizon Doré Apartment, which can accommodate up to 4 people (access via a staircase from the terrace). This apartment features 2 air-conditioned bedrooms (each with a 160 cm double bed) and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. The living area is bright and open, consisting of a living room with a sofa and a fully equipped kitchen featuring a refrigerator, dishwasher, filter coffee maker and Dolce Gusto machine, toaster, and kettle. The apartment opens onto a shared outdoor terrace, furnished with a dining table and patio furniture, separated from the neighboring unit (the Alizé Doré apartment) by an aluminum trellis.

The Alizé Doré Apartment, adjacent to the Horizon Doré apartment, accommodates 2 people. Access is via a spiral staircase from the pool terrace. This apartment consists of an air-conditioned bedroom with a 160 cm double bed, featuring an en-suite bathroom with a shower and toilet. The living area includes a living room and a bright open-concept kitchen, furnished with a sofa and a Smart TV.

The fully equipped kitchen features a top-mounted refrigerator, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, filter coffee maker, and Dolce Gusto machine, as well as a kettle. The apartment opens onto a shared terrace furnished with outdoor seating and a dining table. This terrace is separated from the Horizon Doré apartment by a partition.

Finally, the Zéphir Doré apartment can accommodate 2 people. Located on the ground floor of the residence (though a few steps are required to reach it), this accommodation features an air-conditioned bedroom with a 160-cm double bed and a smart TV, as well as a bathroom with a shower and toilet. There is no separate living room. The kitchen is well-equipped: a washing machine, dishwasher, top-mounted refrigerator, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, kettle, and toaster are available.

This 4-apartment vacation residence features a relaxation area designed for socializing, complete with a small outdoor lounge, lounge chairs, and a hammock, as well as a stone barbecue area for your gatherings. You can also enjoy a private 8 x 4-meter saltwater pool secured by an alarm—perfect for cooling off after a day at the beach—and lounge chairs for your moments of relaxation.

To get your stay off to a good start, a welcome basket is provided for each unit, along with essential supplies (toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher and laundry detergent tablets) to ensure a stress-free arrival.

To ensure your comfort in all circumstances, the residence is prepared for any eventuality with a water storage tank to compensate for potential water outages and a fiber-optic internet connection, ideal for remote work or streaming.
