This spacious holiday rental is located in Petit-Havre, a district of le Gosier, in Guadeloupe, approximately 20 minutes driving distance from the Guadeloupe airport and from Pointe-à-Pitre.
Only 450m way from the Petit-Havre beach and the Anse Saint-Jacques, this vacation rental is a short distance from beautiful beaches. The villa is also ideally located to discover both Basse-Terre and Grande-Terre. Laid out over two levels, this beautiful vacation rental is made up of three separate rentals. The entire villa can accommodate up to 12 guests.Two electric gates protect the compound and open onto two parking areas.
The Club Océar villa is divided into three units: two studio apartments on the pool level and a large apartment upstairs. This layout is ideal for a vacation with family or friends. This way, you can alternate between spending time together in the pool and gathering in smaller groups in the apartments.
The apartment, located on the upper floor of the villa, has a floor area of approximately 90 m². A large balcony wraps around the apartment, offering a view of the pool and a covered outdoor area for dining. The upper level of the villa consists of three air-conditioned bedrooms with 160 x 200 cm beds, two bathrooms, and two separate toilets. The very spacious, modern living room opens onto a dining area and leads to the well-equipped kitchen: refrigerator, freezer, microwave, toaster, drip coffee maker and Nespresso capsules, as well as a kettle. For barbecue enthusiasts, a charcoal grill is also available.
A paved path runs alongside the villa and leads to the two separate studios, each with its own small, shaded private terrace.
The first studio, located on the ground floor, consists of a large, air-conditioned room with a well-equipped kitchenette and a comfortable 160 x 200 cm double bed, along with a TV. A charming small bathroom with a shower and toilet completes the studio’s interior. The space is perfectly designed and ideal for a couple.
The second studio is adjacent to the first and is located on the pool side. This studio also features a fully equipped kitchen, a large air-conditioned living area with two large double beds (160 x 200 cm), and a small bathroom with a shower, toilet, and sink.
A large pool area is located on the lower level of the house and is secured by a fence, making it ideal for young children. A small “pool house” borders the pool and offers a place to read or relax in the shade on one of the lounge chairs.
Finally, to ensure your comfort throughout your stay, the villa is equipped with a drinking water tank and high-speed fiber-optic Wi-Fi, guaranteeing you complete peace of mind

Beach enthusiasts will adore the location of the villa, situated halfway from Sainte-Anne and le Gosier. Both communes are renowned for their wonderful white sandy beaches: la Caravelle beach,downtown Sainte-Anne beach, Petit Havre beach, Datcha beach in le Gosier without forgetting the one on the Gosier islet. You might feel like never leaving the comfort of the villa during your stay.
However, we recommend you to take advantage of its ideal location. The villa Club Océar is only five- minute car ride awayfrom all convenience stores: gas station, grocery, restaurants. It will take you around 40 minutes to get to Basse-Terre and enjoy hiking, unless you rather prefer to bath in hot springs or photograph waterfalls.

De la réservation au départ tout était parfait. Villa de grande qualité avec une très belle piscine Le service de conciergerie était plus que parfait. Disponible, et aux petits soins (nous avions demandé quelques suppléments pour le premier soir, tout était là à des prix raisonnables ) De plus nous avons pu revenir 2 nuits supplémentaires suite au vol retour annulé et reporté à un prix très raisonnable et sans aucune difficulté. À recommander sans réserve

Villa parfaite pour notre famille de 10 personnes. L'un des appartements du bas a fait le bonheur de nos 2 ados quand au second (du bas) a permis à leurs parents d'être proche en gardant leur intimité. A l'étage, nous avons pu bénéficier d’une chambre parentale avec salle d'eau attenante et mon autre fille a pu mettre ses enfants dans une chambre proche de la sienne . Elle avait aussi sa salle d'eau pour sa famille. Nous avons passé 10 jours très agréables . Merci à Dîna et à Villaveo

La villa était un peu loin de la Marina et de la Créole Beach où nous travaillions beaucoup tous les jours, mais le cadre est assez exceptionnel avec une super plage à proximité immédiate. L’accueil a été parfait, de même que la disponibilité et la gentillesse des personnes en charge de la villa. La villa était à la hauteur de nos attentes. Et parfaite pour notre groupe avec ses 2 appartements qui nous permettaient d’être autonomes certains jours.

Villa parfaite pour notre famille de 10 personnes. L'un des appartements du bas a fait le bonheur de nos 2 ados quand au second (du bas) a permis à leurs parents d'être proche en gardant leur intimité. A l'étage, nous avons pu bénéficier d’une chambre parentale avec salle d'eau attenante et mon autre fille a pu mettre ses enfants dans une chambre proche de la sienne . Elle avait aussi sa salle d'eau pour sa famille. Nous avons passé 10 jours très agréables . Merci à Dîna et à Villaveo
