The apartment Pomme Cannelle is perfectly located in the heart of Fort-de-France.
Considering the minimum stay of 3 nights only, this apartment is very convenient for a business trip. The location is also perfect for those who wish exploring the North while being able to easily access the beaches in the south.
If you are planning on renting a car you can park it along the street for free or on the paying Vinci parking which is located 150m away from the apartment.
The apartment is on the 3rd floor of a building, right above a bakery, where you can go get your breakfast in the morning! The first breakfast is complimentary.

Fully air-conditioned, the apartment Pomme Cannelle was entirely renovated in 2018. The apartment boasts with a modern decoration and interior design. Filled with light, the living room features a comfy sofa, a big flat screen TV and a dining area in the corner. It leads to the fully equipped kitchen.
You will find the air-conditioned bedroom with a double bed on the other side of the apartment.
Right next to the bedroom is the bathroom with a shower and toilets.
What can you do nearby this modern apartment in Martinique?
The apartment is only 5 minute away by walk from the famous Schoelcher library and the Saint-Louis cathedral. You should also go have a look at the covered market of Fort-de-France which is an 8-minute-walk from the apartment. There, you will find plenty of fruits and vegetables; a great place to taste Creole delights.
The Saint-Louis fort is accessible in a 15-minute-walk. For a nice night-out, walk alongside the Malecon and stop by one of the street-food corners. If you’re going out on a Friday night, you might have the chance to attend an outdoor salsa lesson.
If you are not willing to rent a car, use the boat shuttle from Fort-de-France! For a few Euros, you can get either to the Pointe du Bout (nice white sandy beaches), the Anse à l’Ane or Trois Ilets city center. The beaches of Madiana and Anse Madame in Schoelcher are only a few minutes by car from the apartment. There the choice is yours: volleyball, beach tennis or sunbathe!

Quoi faire à proximité de cet appartement moderne en location saisonnière en Martinique ?
Comptez 5 minutes à pieds pour rejoindre la fameuse Bibliothèque Schoelcher et la Cathédrale Saint-Louis à côté. Profitez de la proximité du marché couvert de Fort-de-France, qui se situe à 8 minutes à pieds depuis l’appartement, pour y faire un tour et pour découvrir les fruits et légumes de la Martinique ou y déguster des spécialités créoles. Le Fort Saint-Louis est à 15 minutes à pieds. Pour une soirée animée, rendez-vous au Malecon où de nombreuses échoppes vous permettent de dîner sur le pouce. Si vous vous y promenez un vendredi, vous pourriez bien participer à un cours de salsa !
Pour découvrir le sud de l’île sans louer de voiture, empruntez la navette maritime depuis le front de mer de Fort-de-France. Pour quelques euros vous rejoindrez la Pointe du Bout, le bourg des Trois-Îlets ou l’Anse à l’Âne.
Les plages de Madiana et l’Anse Madame, à Schoelcher, sont situées à quelques minutes de voiture de votre appartement de vacances. Vous pourrez y jouer au volley, au beach tennis ou tout simplement vous y reposer.

Un emplacement de choix pour visiter Fort de France à pieds. L’appartement était confortable et avait toutes les commodités nécessaires. A notre arrivée, nous avons apprécié les pâtisseries/sandwichs de la boulangerie, le café, jus et eau mis à notre disposition. Andrew a facilité notre séjour tant à notre arrivée en organisant notre déplacement du service de remise de la location de voiture jusqu’à l’appartement qu’à notre départ matinal pour l’Express des Îles.

This apartment is very clean, and looks just like the pictures. It’s in downtown, walkable to the foreshore, stores etc, and two blocks from the highway. We had trouble getting in - the downstairs door lock is extremely sketchy. They had it mended to a mostly useable level quickly. The check in people (a concierge company) were kind and responsive. The apartment lacks some amenities like kitchen towels and trash bags, but has basic dishes and cooking things.

Great safe, clean, modern, comfortable apartment with air-conditioning throughout. Little standing balcony over looking Boulevard General de Gaulle. Easy walk to anywhere in the downtown tourist area and safe secure paid parking across the Boulevard at Vinci, highly recommended. Hasta La Pizza baby, located 10 minute walk away, across the street from La Savanne Park and the Sea, recommended for a casual meal on the patio and people watching.

Walk anywhere or jump on a bus, since all routes run nearby. Great local market across the street with wondetful produce selection.

If you want to wake up to the delicious smell of bread and baking, this apartment will make you happy. Convenient location, stocked with full amenities and very thoughtful (extra toothbrush, extra towels, etc.), spotless clean, and easy/ clear communication. The apartment was big and perfect for our stay. Highly recommend!

Notre séjour à Fort de France était agréable: l‘appartement est très central: Il n‘y a qu‘ à traverser la rue pour faire les courses et la boulangerie est au rez de chaussée. En 5 minutes à pied, on atteind un calvaire sur les hauteurs de Fort de France : de là on jouit d‘un magnifique Point de vue sur toute la baie! Et dans l‘autre direction, depuis l‘appart, on rejoint le port en 10 min.d‘où l’on peut prendre les navettes maritimes qui nous amènent vers de magnifiques plages!

The location is very convenient to all your needs. Close to shopping, groceries and the ferry. Great jumping off point to explore the island! It is super close to the airport and very clean!

Terms of payment
A 30% deposit is required upon reservation. The remaining amount must be fully paid one month before arrival. For reservations made 30 days or less before arrival, the full rental amount is due upon booking.
Cancellation policy :
- Up to 31 days before arrival: 30% of the total reservation will be invoiced (the deposit is forfeited)
- From 30 to 21 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total reservation will be invoiced
- 20 to 15 days prior to arrival: 75% of the total reservation will be invoiced
- Less than 15 days before arrival: 100% of the total reservation will be invoiced
