Nous avons passé une magnifique semaine en famille à la villa, elle est très bien équipée il ne manque absolument rien, tout est bien pensé.. Très bien placée et cette vue, on ne s'en lasse pas! Merci à Coralie VillaVEO pour sa réactivité et ses bons conseils, et merci à Karine la concierge qui nous a très bien accueilli.. Organisation irréprochable.. Une chose est sure nous reviendrons! Maison très bien située sur les hauteurs du Carbet /Saint-Pierre. À 5 minutes de la plage. Très calme (au fond d'un chemin) et vue exceptionnelle sur la mer et la Montagne Pelée ! Maison très propre et bien équipée. Bac à punch de belle taille. Merci encore à l'intendante pour son accueil. Parfait
Nous avons passé 5 nuits dans cette merveilleuse villa. Construite il y a un an, la propriétaire a pensé à plein de détails confortable comme un toilette extérieur. Bien que petite, la piscine est très agréable avec ses deux étages de fond et une grande terrasse avec divers objets pour la piscine. L'intérieur fait environ 65m2. À nouveau, tout est très bien aménagé. Mes enfants ont pu avoir des lits jumeaux. La cuisine est aussi très bien aménagés et les équipements sont de qualité. La propriété est en hauteur. La voiture est un indispensable pour tout déplacement. Il y a quelques maisons autour. On ne se lasse pas du coucher de soleil. Et le plus est la gentillesse, les conseils, l'accueil et la disponibilité de la propriétaire. Petit détail: les chambres ont chacune une très belle salle de bain avec toilette, mais ce sont des salles de bain ouvertes. Pas des plus pratiques pour nous.
La villa est superbe et très bien agencée, ce qui rend le séjour particulièrement agréable. Nous avons toutefois relevé deux points d’attention : la dernière marche de la piscine, qui est au même niveau que l’eau, mériterait d’être mieux signalée afin de prévenir les risques, et la présence de voisins un peu trop observateurs, ce qui peut nuire à l’intimité.
Das Haus liegt in einer außergewöhnlichen Lage mit einem traumhaften Blick auf das Meer. Jeden Morgen mit diesem Ausblick aufzuwachen ist wirklich einzigartig. Man sollte jedoch beachten, dass der Zugang zu einigen Stränden je nach Jahreszeit durch Seegras eingeschränkt sein kann. Andere Strände sind jedoch innerhalb von etwa 15 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Die Zufahrtsstraße zur Villa ist recht uneben, daher ist ein geeignetes Fahrzeug empfehlenswert. Die Kommunikation mit dem Concierge war ausgezeichnet und sowohl die Sauberkeit als auch die Ausstattung des Hauses lassen keine Wünsche offen. Ein kleiner Hinweis betrifft den Sichtschutz zur Straße, der verbessert werden könnte. Außerdem entsprechen einige auf den Fotos gezeigte Elemente, wie Hängematten und die dazugehörigen Palmen, nicht mehr der aktuellen Ausstattung, was idealerweise in den Bildern aktualisiert werden sollte. Der Pool und die Außendusche sind besonders bei schlechtem Wetter ein großer Vorteil, da man nicht gezwungen ist, zum Strand zu fahren.
Le logement est superbe, très bien équipé et parfaitement fonctionnel. L’équipe s’est montrée très réactive lorsque nous en avons eu besoin. Nous recommandons vivement cette villa !
