Villa Pomélia is spread over two levels, with a storage room and garage on the lower floor, and the living areas upstairs. This charming villa can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests. Modern and elegantly designed, it features two air-conditioned bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom equipped with a spacious walk-in shower and toilet, offering both comfort and privacy. One of the bedrooms has a queen-size bed (160x200), while the other offers two single beds that can be joined to form a bed of equivalent size.
The bright living space is open-plan, with a cozy lounge area that flows into the kitchen. It includes a comfortable sofa, a smart TV (no channel package), a JBL speaker, and excellent internet connection via Starlink.
The fully equipped kitchen is both practical and welcoming, ideal for preparing meals with family or friends. It includes a large fridge, dishwasher, oven, microwave, freezer, air fryer, toaster, kettle, and a Nespresso coffee machine.
Outside, a beautiful partially covered terrace lets you fully enjoy the impressive sea view. It offers a shaded dining area, a small outdoor lounge, sun loungers (two of which can be placed in the water), and a parasol. The private saltwater pool (4.5 x 3.5 m) promises delightful moments of relaxation. A 30% deposit is required upon reservation. The remaining amount must be fully paid one month before arrival. For reservations made 30 days or less before arrival, the full rental amount is due upon booking.
