The Aureum Studio is a charming vacation rental located in the peaceful neighborhood of Anse à l’Ane, in the sought-after commune of Trois-Îlets, in the south of Martinique on the Caribbean coast. This studio is perfect for a couple or solo travelers, enjoys an ideal location just 1 km from Anse à l’Ane beach and about a 30-minute drive from Martinique Aimé Césaire International Airport. Perched on a hilltop, the accommodation offers a quiet and lush setting. Access is via a private road with free parking directly in front of the property.
The Aureum Studio is part of a property that includes two Villaveo rentals (Aureum and Héliconia Studios), each with its own independent entrance. It is therefore entirely possible to rent both studios simultaneously to comfortably accommodate a family or a small group of friends. This cozy retreat is fully secured with an electric gate, an alarm system, and surveillance cameras. To make the most of your stay and explore the treasures of the south Caribbean coast, renting a car is highly recommended.
The Aureum Studio is a single-level accommodation designed for two guests, ideal for a couple’s getaway under the Caribbean sun. This air-conditioned studio opens onto a spacious living area filled with natural light and offers stunning views of Fort-de-France Bay and the Carbet Mountains. The sleeping area features a comfortable 140 cm double sofa bed, combining practicality and comfort. The bathroom includes a large walk-in shower, toilet, and storage space. Naturally ventilated thanks to its cross-ventilation design, the living space also includes a TV for relaxing evenings.
A functional kitchenette completes this cozy retreat, equipped with everything you need to cook: kettle, drip coffee maker, toaster, microwave, washing machine, wine glasses, and a smoke detector. Outside, a small private terrace with armchairs, a sun lounger, and a low table lets you enjoy the sea view and tropical sunsets. Just a few steps away, a private 2x2-meter saltwater pool, set in a wooden deck, invites you to unwind. The studio is surrounded by a lush, flower-filled garden with tropical plants and fruit trees, including avocado trees—an ideal setting for travelers seeking peace and nature.

A 30% deposit is required upon reservation. The remaining amount must be fully paid one month before arrival. For reservations made 30 days or less before arrival, the full rental amount is due upon booking.
