The villa has 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, including 2 bedrooms that promise unforgettable mornings facing the sea. The Baya villa, facing the sea, allows you to enjoy your holidays with family or friends in a convivial atmosphere.

The entrance to the house is through the large living room with a fully equipped kitchen (filter coffee machine and Nespresso machine) and a sitting area. The living space is very bright and ventilated thanks to its shutters and large windows that provide access to the outdoor terrace.

On each side of the living room, there is, on one side, an air-conditioned bedroom with a Queen-size bed (160cm x 200cm), a large dressing room, and a private bathroom (shower and toilet). The bedroom has direct access to the terrace and sea view.

On the other side, there is a second bedroom with direct access to the terrace and sea view. A shower room and a guest toilet separate the third bedroom, consisting of two single beds (90cm x 200cm) that can be pushed together to form a double bed (180cm x 200cm).

You will also have a small laundry room with a washing machine and dryer.

The covered and shaded terrace houses a dining table and a lovely outdoor sitting area. The terrace extends with a large deck consisting of an outdoor shower and sun loungers surrounding the infinity pool.

This vacation home offers a friendly and relaxing atmosphere with its incredible view of the sea and the islands of Désirade, Petite-Terre, Marie-Galante, Dominica, and Les Saintes. At certain times of the year, you might even have the chance to spot some humpback whales on the horizon.
