Villa Martinique Diamant is located in the O'Mulanne Bas district at the entrance of the charming town of Diamant in the south of Martinique.
This Caribbean villa with swimming pool, whose construction was completed in April 2022, is located within a fenced area composed of three villas. Each rental has a covered car park. A citrus garden and a petanque court are common to all three villas.
The center of Diamant is a five-minute drive from Villa Martinique Diamant. Here you will find mini-markets, a bakery, snack stops, and restaurants. Aimé Césaire Airport is only 25 minutes from the estate.
How is this holiday rental with swimming pool in Martinique arranged?
This holiday rental opens onto a living room in a contemporary design with comfortable sofas and a neat and refined decoration. A smart TV will allow you to connect to your favorite applications and allow you to also watch your usual programs on local and national channels, thanks to the Orange TV subscription.
The kitchen opens onto this living space and is fully equipped with a dishwasher, a Lavazza coffee maker, an American refrigerator with ice dispenser, an oven, a microwave, and so on. Everything necessary is available to allow you to concoct excellent dishes from fresh, local ingredients. They can be served directly to the terrace from the bar.
The terrace of the villa Martinique Diamant is partially covered. You can enjoy your meals comfortably seated at the extendable table, or grill fresh meat and fish with the gas barbecue. From here you can relax on the sun loungers, take a dip in the 7 m x4m swimming pool, or sip a little punch with your feet in the water thanks to the rum dispensers carefully installed for this purpose.
The sleeping area of the house consists of three air-conditioned bedrooms, with double beds of 160 cm. Each of the rooms has its own bathroom. The first and second bedrooms will offer you the luxury of choosing between a classic or an outdoor shower.
The third bedroom has a bay window that allows you to directly access the terrace, and contemplate the view of Diamond Rock in the ocean.
What to do near the villa Martinique Diamant?
Villa Martinique Diamant is ideally located near the ringroad that allows you to access the various paradisiacal beaches of the island of Sainte-Luce in Sainte-Anne. Two hundred meters from the villa, heading towards the sea, you will discover a nautical base offering jet ski rides.
For hiking enthusiasts, an ascent of Morne Larcher, will offer you a magnificent panorama of Diamond Bay,and its long beach of three km, an Instagrammable spot that is worth the effort.
Another unbeatable site not to be missed is a series of hills and mountain peaks that resemble a lying woman, this viewpoint is reachable a little before the center of the town, with a backdrop of the Diamond Rock that will allow you to immortalize beautiful memories (it's up to you to guess where her head is located!).
For the gourmets amongst you, you will be amply delighted by the snack spots, bars, and beach restaurants of the town. The mini markets in the direction of the village of Diamant, will allow you to stock up on supplied, for your holidays in Martinique. The covered market will welcome you from Tuesday to Sunday. The best place to discover distinct local flavors.

We had a good time staying in your villa. The house was perfect for our 3 couples. We do wish that you had had provided a few more necessities though. We only had 2 spare rolls of toilet paper for 6 people for a week. We had no paper towels at all and only 2 garbage bags. There was also no soaps or shampoos provided for the showers. We had to go out late in the evening our first night there and purchase what we would consider normal items that should be supplied by the villa. There was only a bed sheet included for each bed. No blankets at all. This is the first time I have ever experienced this. People do not all sleep at the same temperature. Some of our guests had to use beach towels as blankets. Also they have a book full of information and rules for the villa but it is not available in english only french. It would have made things much easier if they had a translated version of their guide book. We have rented more than 10 different villas throughout the Caribean and this is the first time we have ever experienced these issues. Overall we enjoyed our stay but would likely look elsewhere if we were to return to Martinique.

Villa répondant exactement à nos attentes. Vue exceptionnelle et terrasse avec piscine très fonctionnelle. Villa bien agencée avec immense pièce à vivre principale. Cuisine très bien équipée et chambre avec chacune sa salle de bain. Villa très bien équipée, récente et très bien entretenue.

Bonjour, Nous avons passés de magnifiques vacances au sein de la villa, parfaitement équipée. Les équipements, la localisation, la vue mer et la piscine ont rajouté un plus au plaisir que nous avons pris à revisiter a Martinique. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette villa aux prestations de qualité, avec en prime une superbe vue!!! La localisation permet de visiter une partie de l’île en faisant des déplacements raisonnables en terme de temps. Elle est située à seulement 30 minutes de Fort de France. Nous avons eu l’occasion de rencontrer le propriétaire qui est très sympathique ! Merci pour votre accueil sur votre très belle île!

Je recommande, sans hésitation ! Vue exceptionnelle sur la mer et le cap Diamant. Chambres confortables à souhait, cuisine équipée d’électros de hautes-gammes. Nous n’avons manqué de rien ! Cette villa est agréable à vivre et toute neuve. Mais parce qu'elle est neuve, il manquait de quoi se sentir bien au quotidien. le plus gros manque était le SECHE LINGE ! sur une ile comme la Martinique, entre piscine, plage et averses ... On s'est vraiment galéré sur le séchage du linge ! après notre demande, il nous a été livré des pinces à linge, un balais il manque encore une serpillère, des verres à RHUM (énormément de vaisselle mais pas de verre à rhum) dans notre chambre parentale il manquait un plaid ou couverture .... rien d'insurmontable mais on n'a pas le confort escompté au prix de la villa !
Bonjour Ilda, nous vous remercions d'avoir pris le temps de déposer une évaluation sur la villa. Nous ne vous cachons pas notre déception quant à la note. En effet, lorsque vous avez fait la demande d'équipements manquants (pinces à linge et balai) ces derniers vous ont été déposés dès le lendemain, ainsi qu'une glacière qui n'avait pas été demandé. La serpillère et les plaids sont des équipements qui étaient bien présents dans la villa. Nous regrettons que vous ne nous en ayez pas fait part durant le séjour, nous aurions pu vous indiquer leur emplacement. Concernant le sèche linge, nous comprenons qu'à certaines périodes de l'année (notamment sur les mois d’octobre , novembre où les averses sont plus fréquentes) un sèche linge puisse être utile. Toutefois le reste de l'année, la destination est très ensoleillée et le climat naturel de l'île permet de sécher aisément le linge. Concernant les verres à rhum ils seront ajoutés. Bien cordialement

Terms of payment
A 30% deposit is required upon reservation. The remaining amount must be fully paid one month before arrival. For reservations made 30 days or less before arrival, the full rental amount is due upon booking.
Cancellation policy :
- Up to 31 days before arrival: 30% of the total reservation will be invoiced (the deposit is forfeited)
- From 30 to 21 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total reservation will be invoiced
- 20 to 15 days prior to arrival: 75% of the total reservation will be invoiced
- Less than 15 days before arrival: 100% of the total reservation will be invoiced
