Conditions for your journey to Martinique and Guadeloupe
- You have obtained a negative PCR test (72 hours before boarding).
- You will also have to complete a certificate to confirm that you do not have symptoms and that are not aware of having been in contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19 in the fourteen days prior to the flight.
COVID-19 cancellation policy:
For bookings made after September 15, 2020 and if you are unable to travel for a reason directly related to the COVID-19 health crisis*, VillaVEO is committed to providing its travelers with an 18-month credit note (from the cancellation date) and for the property initially booked. At the end of these 18 months if you have not been able to use your credit note, a full refund can be made. Note: that if the amount of the new stay is higher you will have to pay the difference. If the amount of the stay is lower, you will benefit from an additionalcredit note to be used within 18 months (if not used at the end of the 18 months, the remainder will be refunded).
*The possibility to cancel and benefit from an credit note, in all cases requires the meeting of the following conditions creating a barrier to travel: - exceptional circumstances, or in the immediate vicinity - important consequences on the performance of services
Namely: closing the borders, a cessation of flights to your destination, lockdownrestrictions being applied to the arrival destination, or your place of residence.
For any other cancellation the standard cancellation conditions will apply, such as for personal reasons (age/health, illness, denied leave, fear of travel in general, restaurants closed at the travel destination). Note that to be covered in case of a positive COVID-19 test, our travel insurance partner Albinet covers the illness of the insured party, all travel participants/guests, as well as relatives to the 2nd degree (grandchild level), even if they do not participate in the rental.
