True oases of calm, they offer vacationers a perfect setting for family and friends. Both villas can be rented (for 16 people). You can enjoy the proximity of the other villa while preserving your privacy. Villa Azur offers a small view of the lagoon of Saint-François.
The interior of Villa Azur has a vacation atmosphere. The living space is completely devoid of partitions and soft natural light streams in through large wall openings. A spacious living room with an L-shaped sofa and a television (with cable) opens to a dining room with a large table for dining in front of the pool. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes an American-style refrigerator, wine cooler, espresso machine, dishwasher, cooktop, and more. Need to do some work? An actual office hidden behind sliding doors is accessible from the dining room. With four air-conditioned bedrooms, your vacation villa can accommodate up to 8 people.
Tastefully furnished, these very comfortable rooms offer high quality bedding. Each room has a double bed and a separate bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet. The outdoor spaces are a natural extension of the villa's interior. A spacious terrace frames the pool. Sun loungers and umbrellas invite you to relax, but perhaps you prefer the Jacuzzi! An outdoor shower, garden furniture and a barbecue add the finishing touch to the outdoor amenities.

Villas Azur and Indigo are ideally located in Guadeloupe for those wanting to discover Grande-Terre. You're only a 10-minute car ride away from the beautiful beaches of Raisins Clairs in Saint-François and Anse à la Gourde or the superb Pointe des Châteaux site where you'll find one of the best coconut sorbets (chez Jeannette) on the island.
The golf course in Saint-François is also only a few minutes away from your villa, just like the marina, casino and a number of shops and restaurants. There are so many water sports available—surfing, windsurfing, kayaking, kitesurfing, boat excursions to île de Petite-Terre, Désirade….there are just so many things to do!

Merci beaucoup d'avoir pris le temps de déposer un avis sur la villa Azur. Marie-Marthe est la femme de ménage et nous sommes désolés si il y a eu un échange peu agréable avec elle. Concernant le jacuzzi, l'eau est changée une foisdurant les séjours de deux semaines. Il est possible que dans le cas de longues coupures d'eau le nécessaire ne puisse être fait. Quoi qu'il en soit nous vous remercions sincèrement pour votre retour constructif et espérons que nosu aurons le plaisir de vous recevoir à nouveau en Guadeloupe.

Séjour très agréable. Maison plaisante à vivre, spacieuse, bien équipée. Didier était à nos petits soins et nous a trouvé une solution pour le dernier jour en attendant l'avion....franchement que dire de plus .... Un seul bémol mais qui n'entraînera pas une dégradation de notre avis : jacuzzi aurait besoin de changer l'eau et Marie Marthe qui a eu échange peu agréable avec une personne de notre "equipe" mais encore une fois cela ne change pas notre avis général sur le séjour, l'agence et la maison....encore merci pour votre disponibilité et la qualité de service.

Rental terms
Terms of payment
A 30% deposit is required upon reservation. The remaining amount must be fully paid one month before arrival. For reservations made 30 days or less before arrival, the full rental amount is due upon booking.
Cancellation policy :
- Up to 31 days before arrival: 30% of the total reservation will be invoiced (the deposit is forfeited)
- From 30 to 21 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total reservation will be invoiced
- 20 to 15 days prior to arrival: 75% of the total reservation will be invoiced
- Less than 15 days before arrival: 100% of the total reservation will be invoiced
