When entering the villa Ti Perle du Diamant, you'll be seduced by its contemporary decor with exotic accents. The villa's interior features a comfortable living room with a sofa facing a connected TV (Orange TV box). A portable JBL speaker is also available. The open kitchen is fully equipped with a blender, an American refrigerator with ice dispenser, and a Senseo coffee maker. What's more, a clever opening onto the terrace serves as both a pass-through and a bar.
You can also take advantage of the partially covered terrace, where you'll find a gas barbecue and a large table. You can also relax in the superb 6.5 x 3-meter salt-treated swimming pool. For peaceful nights, all bedrooms at Villa Ti Perle du Diamant are air-conditioned. All three bedrooms have 160 cm double beds and their own bathroom with shower and toilet. The villa also features an outdoor petanque court, where you can enjoy this typically French game!
What to do near this vacation home with pool in Martinique?
Ideally located, this vacation rental is just a few minutes from the paradisiacal beaches of the south of the island. The magnificent Cherry beach, from which you can admire the famous Diamant rock, is just a three-minute drive from the villa, unless you prefer the three-kilometer-long beach of Le Diamant. Le Diamant is a five-minute drive from the villa.
A six-minute walk takes you to a small cove where you can enjoy activities such as jet-skiing, diving and quad-buggy excursions. You can also enjoy a delicious meal in one of the many "feet in the sand" restaurants in the area. If you're a hiking enthusiast, don't miss the excursion to Morne Larcher, a fifteen-minute drive from the villa. Allow around three hours for the round trip, and enjoy breathtaking views of the Bay of Diamant from the summit. You'll have a wonderful vacation at villa Ti Perle du Diamant, where comfort, relaxation and discovery of Martinique come together harmoniously.

Rental terms
Terms of payment
A 30% deposit is required upon reservation. The remaining amount must be fully paid one month before arrival. For reservations made 30 days or less before arrival, the full rental amount is due upon booking.
Cancellation policy :
- Up to 31 days before arrival: 30% of the total reservation will be invoiced (the deposit is forfeited)
- From 30 to 21 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total reservation will be invoiced
- 20 to 15 days prior to arrival: 75% of the total reservation will be invoiced
- Less than 15 days before arrival: 100% of the total reservation will be invoiced
